Director and Co-Founder
Alan handles client relations, on-site audits, physical security equipment installation and brings extensive animal handling and guarding experience to ADP. His career has included the army, farm management and working in security with German Shepherd dogs.
Director and Co-Founder
David is responsible for all company management including quality control, client contracts, accounts, personnel and company secretary duties. He has worked in product design and technical customer services worldwide. Hobbies include music, motorcycling & golf.
Keirn is responsible for the day-to-day liaison with guarding staff and customers. He has worked in contract management for a leading national guarding company, responsible for clients across the south of England. He has completed a programme of security management courses since joining ADP. He likes off-road motorcycling and golf.
Wayne manages all of the static guarding sites and mobile patrols, ensuring that paperwork and procedures are up-to-date and correct. Wayne’s previous career as a Branch Bank Manager gave him useful skills in communications, which he applies in staff training and development. Wayne is actively involved in the continual improvement of ADP Security Systems as a business.
Jacqui is the Accounts Manager dealing with all aspects of financial work. Her career has covered customer advice team leader, PA, accounting, personnel and admin; and she was a director of a successful family-run manufacturing business.
Gill is responsible for personnel, office and sales administration. Her work is varied and includes maintaining the sales database and vetting personnel contracts. Gill has over 30 years’ experience of administration and office work, including jobs for the NFU and ICI in both the UK and abroad. Gill is a qualified, SIA licensed security officer.
