When we take on an individual, we look for honesty, reliability, an eye for detail and self-motivation as well as good personal presentation, calmness and tolerance. We match individual officers to the job, as well as training back-up officers for the particular site.  We can provide a guard who is capable of more than just security; someone who is trustworthy and has the aptitude to proactively deal with a variety of duties.

As a specific issue, ADP believes that motivation creates productivity.  One of the ways in which we foster motivation (in line with our Investors in People accreditation) is by visiting staff on site once or twice per week.  This is on both day and night shifts, where concerns are discussed and officers can have their say to ADP managers. All of the senior management at ADP are involved in this process, where teamwork supports staff retention.

All personnel receive a quarterly newsletter to keep them abreast of staff news and company developments, as well as sharing examples of best practice.
